YOUR CHALLENGESReporting to the Vice President of Finance, you will be responsible for the organization’s entire technology ecosystem, including infrastructure, applications, user support, and cybersecurity. This operational role ensures the consistency, performance, and evolution of IT solutions to support business objectives.You will lead two distinct teams—Infrastructure and Applications—and be responsible for overall technology alignment, major project management, and the professional development of your team members.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Implement the overall technology strategy in support of business goals;
  • Oversee all IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and user support services;
  • Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of systems, networks, equipment, and workstations across the organization;
  • Manage the application portfolio, including development, integration, implementation, and evolution of solutions;
  • Lead the IT teams (Infrastructure and Applications), fostering collaboration, efficiency, and professional growth;
  • Ensure high-quality technical and application support, with prompt incident resolution and internal user satisfaction;
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver technology projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business priorities;
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and propose appropriate solutions;
  • Manage relationships with IT service and solution providers, ensuring service level compliance and cost control;
  • Establish and evolve governance, information security, and data management practices.
YOUR SUCCESS METRICS
  • Overall internal user satisfaction with IT services (infrastructure and applications);
  • Availability and performance rates of critical systems and applications;
  • Adherence to project timelines and budgets;
  • Reduction in critical incidents and faster resolution times;
  • Data security and compliance levels, including vulnerability reduction.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in Information Technology, including 5+ years managing multidisciplinary teams (infrastructure and/or applications);
  • Proven experience managing complex technology environments, including ERP, CRM, WMS systems, integration platforms, cloud (Microsoft), cybersecurity, and networks;
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills;
  • Ability to translate business needs into concrete, scalable technology solutions;
  • Inspiring leadership with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders;
  • Demonstrated change management skills in a digital;
  • Knowledge of Azure, Intune, SD-WAN, Meraki, Fortinet;
  • Experience and understanding of ITIL processes is an asset;
  • Mastery of ITSM best practices, cybersecurity, and IT governance;
  • Good understanding of agile principles and collaborative environments;
  • Bilingualism required (French and English), both spoken and written;
  • Willingness to travel occasionally based on organizational needs.
