Join us to drive cutting-edge advancements and elevate your career.Responsibilities:Develop high-speed packages for advanced ASICs, focusing on substrate selection and ultra-broadband passive structures.Create and validate design specifications, including prototyping and detailed design processing.Provide PCB design guidelines, including stack-up, routing, and tolerance analysis.Conduct broad band measurements up to 90GHz, ensuring design verification using probe stations.Publish comprehensive test reports with recommendations to enhance product development.Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and optimize 3D EM models.Integrate and verify proof of concepts and evaluation boards for next-generation products.Utilize tools such as HFSS, ADS, and Matlab for simulation and modeling tasksQualifications:Must-Have:M.Sc./Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with specialization in microwave designMinimum of 5 years experience in HFSS modeling and ADSProven design experience with passive structures above 50GHzIn-depth measurement experience using VNAs and probing techniquesStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesNice-To-Have:Familiarity with Electro-optics and RF test equipmentExperience with PCB, HDBU, mSAP fabrication techniquesProficiency in Matlab and other modeling toolsKnowledge of LTCC materials and fabricationEffective written and verbal communication skills
