- Greet customers and discuss their vehicle service needs with professionalism and empathy
- Estimate costs and time required for a wide range of repairs, including labor, materials, and supplies
- Prepare clear and accurate repair orders detailing vehicle problems or symptoms
- Connect customers to the right technicians and follow through on service requests
- Test-drive vehicles to confirm repairs are completed to standard
- Maintain automotive records and ensure accurate customer communication
- Respond to inquiries in person, online, or by phone
- Contribute to a fast-paced, multi-service environment while prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Participate in training and development programs to grow your skills and career
- Minimum of 2-year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role required
- CDK experience is an asset
- Automotive knowledge
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with many priorities
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to remain calm when customers and/or situations are not
- Organization and follow-up skills
