- Provide expert support to clients using UKG solutions, addressing and resolving technical issues, system errors, and user inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and configurations to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex technical problems will be a key part of your role, as you work closely with clients and internal teams to implement effective solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to educate clients on best practices, system functionalities, and new features. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements, you will provide recommendations to clients and assist with their implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and other consultants, will be essential to deliver comprehensive support and consultancy services.
- Generate and analyze reports on system performance, user activity, and support metrics to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Manages day-to-day support requirements of client’s UKG managed services engagements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements. Identify areas where technology can drive improvements and efficiencies.
- Continuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement or optimization. Provide recommendations for updates, upgrades, or modifications as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting and consulting on UKG solutions (formerly Kronos).
- Proficiency in UKG software, including Workforce Central, Workforce Dimensions, and other related modules. Strong understanding of integrations, particularly BOOMI, and data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Relevant UKG certifications are highly desirable.
