- Handle inbound unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales
- Manage all sales activities using Microsoft CRM
- Achieve established sales targets and performance indicators

- Maintain and build customer relationships
- Collaborate with other departments
- Post-secondary education in Business or a related field
- Proven sales, cold-calling and customer service experience
- Solid track record for consistently achieving revenue and related sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
- Demonstrated drive for self-development and to continuously expand your knowledge
- Confident, outgoing, and personable
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English required), Bilingualism is an asset
- Transportation experience is an asset
