- Refine go-to-market strategies and improve commercial team excellence.
- Conduct structured reviews of market strategies across business lines in Western Canada to identify growth opportunities and competitive risks.
- Align regional commercial priorities with corporate strategic objectives.
- Lead the preparation of strategic commercial reviews and develop high-quality market intelligence and industry trend reporting.
- Champion Salesforce adoption, improving pipeline visibility and data quality across the region.
- Lead and coordinate complex cross-market bids, developing win strategies and value propositions.
- Support the regional executive team in preparing strategy materials and internal presentations.
- Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions and assist with the integration of new acquisitions.
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviours.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in business development or the material industry.
- Exposure to First Nations, Major Project Delivery, and Salesforce.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, independent thinker with the ability to influence across functions.
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
