Management and EntrepreneurshipPosition Summary:
- Update and compile a list of potential guest speakers out of local business professionals and executives
- Liaise with guest speakers to invite them and consult on their availability
- In consultation with the instructor and the Program Coordinator, schedule available guests for speaking engagements
- Update and compile a list of potential organizations for site visits
- Liaise with local organizations for site visits and organize the visits with them
- Coordinate with students for directions to site, instructions for the visit and schedule
- In consultation with the instructor and the Program Coordinator, schedule available guest speaking engagement
- Communicate the scheduled events to students and answer questions
- Serve as a point of contact for students and organizations, addressing questions or concerns regarding speakers and site visits
- Maintain accurate records contacts and provide brief progress updates to the Program Coordinator of Semester@McGill and course instructor
