Reporting to the National Manger Retail Programs, Food Services and Car wash, you will be responsible for leading the development of different performance reports to the Retail Operations, identifying areas of opportunity and developing gap closure plans to improve tools and process .Minimum Requirements:A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or similarProficient in Excel and Power BI, with a high level of analytical skills in order to analyze many pieces of data and formulate sound insights to create action plans that drive business resultsBilingual (English and French) is preferred – please submit your resume in EnglishExperience in Retail Operations is an assetExcellent social and communication skills (both verbal and written), with an outstanding ability to build strong, positive relationshipsResponsibilities:Provide support to the retail operations department in the execution of specific retail and marketing initiatives as well as different project workRun reports to determine whether or not sales/promotions were successful and see how specific categories are doingHelp our sales growth strategies by supporting initiatives leading to improved site execution and reward Petro-Canada retailers for achieving their sales targetsAssist with the organization and execution of the annual Retail Meeting for Associates and Suncor employees,Provide analytical support on retail activities, processes and related projectsPrepare and analyze reports and information to improve business operational tactics and find opportunitiesOversee request for the mystery shop and guest satisfaction programs, and manage the guest complaint processLocation and other Key Details:You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to FridayOur business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of workWhy Suncor?Suncor's operations include oil sands development, production and upgrading; offshore oil and gas; petroleum refining in Canada and the U.S.; and the company's Petro-Canada retail and wholesale distribution networks (including Canada's Electric Highway™, a coast-to-coast network of fast-charging electric vehicle stations).
