- Assemble complex components per assembly drawings and bill of material.
- Perform functional testing on assemblies according to customer and/or division criteria.
- Operate test equipment in compliance with engineering standards.
- Set, calibrate, and maintain assembly tools.
- Perform torquing of various components.
- Distribute quality notifications.
- Read and interpret assembly blueprints.
- Follow written and verbal work instructions.
- Troubleshoot as necessary.
- Accurately use measuring instruments.
- Provide feedback about ease of assembly, fitment, and ergonomics of new designs.
- Associates degree preferred with 1 year of experience.
- Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting skills.
- Team player and capable of working well with minimal supervision while following safety procedures.
- Must be able to stand during the majority of the shift, occasionally lift/carry up to 50 pounds and occasionally push/pull up to 10 pounds of force.
- Must be able to operate crane/hoist and pallet jack.
- Previous experience operating a forklift is an asset.
- Technologist, apprentices, or ticketed tradespeople with solid interpersonal skills are welcome.
