The company offers a customizable benefits plan and discretionary bonuses 2x per year.Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage a full plaintiff litigation caseload from intake to resolution, including Tort, Accident Benefits, and Catastrophic claims- Draft pleadings, summaries, motions, settlements etc.- Coordinate examinations for discovery, mediations, pre-trials, and hearings- Monitor deadlines and limitation periods to ensure compliance- Draft routine correspondence;- Prepare medical briefs to various doctors/experts; and- Additional duties as required.Requirements:- 3-5 years Law Clerk experience with Personal Injury Law handling Tort, AB, and CAT matters- Law Clerk Diploma from a recognized institution;- Knowledge of legal terminology and sources of legal procedures and statutes;- Must be familiar with the following software: Filevine, Primafact, Soluno;- Excellent time management; and- Excellent organization, verbal, and written communication skills.
