- Analyze large data sets to identify testing opportunities and enhance ad performance.
- Implement and evaluate testing for image models and catalog curation logic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify partner integrations and data science support required for testing new channels.
- Use advanced analytics to drive decision-making and optimize advertising approaches.
- Regularly communicate results, trends, and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Expertise in Social Ads: Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms and purchase-optimized marketing.
- Data Analysis: Proficient with Tableau, SQL, Excel, and able to derive insights from complex data.
- Strategic Development: Experience in developing and implementing advertising strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience with performance marketing and e-commerce, particularly with large product catalogs and/or social channels.
- Familiarity with advanced measurement techniques like incrementality testing or attribution testing.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships with a team.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Position based in Toronto with flex hybrid work arrangements.
