​Position Title: Manager, SCA Operational ExcellencePosition Type: Regular - Full-Time ​Requisition ID: 40495​The SCA (Sustainable Cost Advantage) Team’s mandate is to deliver P&L savings across the organization to manage inflation and decrease costs in the business. The group uses advanced analytics, best-in-class methodologies and agile project management to deliver SCA partners with the Business Units to provide costing and revenue strategy insights across the organization.Reporting to the Director Strategic Portfolio, the incumbent will assume a critical position in leading high impact projects including portfolio optimization and reduction in unplanned downtime. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating complex manufacturing environments, have a strong background in supply chain or plant operations, and demonstrate strength in translating data into actionable insights to drive operational and business outcomes. This role will be responsible for overseeing a cross-functional project team, implementing governance frameworks and driving operational efficiencies related to unplanned downtime, SKU consolidation, alignment of regulatory compliance and supply chain resilience.Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead cross-functional projects focused on SKU optimization, capacity utilization, network agility, and operational transformation across manufacturing sites.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to reduce unplanned downtime, enhance capacity utilization, and unlock additional production capability —enabling efficient product movement and margin improvement across the network.
  • Analyze manufacturing and supply chain data to uncover opportunities for cost savings, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, regulatory, and commercial teams to align project goals and ensure effective execution.
  • Build and sustain a culture of continuous improvement, utilizing best-in-class methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to boost plant reliability, asset utilization, and product consistency.
  • Develop robust project plans, define KPIs, monitor progress, and communicate results to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage expectations, facilitate transparent communication, and resolve issues proactively across all levels of the organization.
  • Support formulation, packaging and process standardization projects, balancing customer requirements, regulatory compliance and operational feasibility to drive network agility.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in program/project management, strategic transformation, cost management and/or operational excellence within manufacturing, supply chain, finance or analytics environments
  • Experience with CPG or food manufacturing strongly preferred
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior and executive leadership
  • Ability to demonstrate cross functional relationship building across all levels of the organization including the executive level through interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities proactively and operate with minimal direction
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, technical and compliance process in multi-regional contexts

Other Requirements:25% travel (global) requiredCompensation Package: $97,500.00 - $130,000.00 .
