OverviewThe Digital Media Assistant supports the digital team in the execution and management of digital media campaigns, ensuring accuracy in billing inputting, data entry, reporting, and vendor coordination. This role is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in digital advertising and media operations. The candidate should be eager to learn about the digital media landscape, including Online Video (OLV), Display, Social, etc.
Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and managing digital media campaigns, including OLV, Display etc
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for campaign execution and reporting
- Support the buyer on management of documents (e.g. IO, MPA, etc.)
- Assist with financial processes, including invoice reconciliation and budget tracking
- Maintain accurate campaign records and actualize media spending
- Closely monitor campaign performance & have timely actions/ call-outs with vendors to
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Bachelor’s degree
- Basic understanding of digital media platforms and trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong math, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in media operations
