- 1- 5 years of experience in management consulting or the financial services industry (e.g., product, internal strategy/transformation, operations management
- Support the definition of the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for financial transformation initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder communication and actively lead agile product development cycles from ideation to development to release.
- Proven experience in designing and developing digital capabilities, including process optimization and implementation of digital solutions.
- Translate business goals into actionable product requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteria tailored to the client's business.
- Ability to work both independently with an entrepreneurial spirit and as a contributor to cross-functional teams through large-scale strategy, transformation, or delivery engagements.
- Strong intellectual horsepower, including critical thinking skills, complex problem solving, analytical abilities, and the capacity for creative thinking.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills including the ability to convey complex subject matter to stakeholders at the working team and executive level.
- Knowledge or awareness of key trends and market forces impacting the financial services industry (e.g. open banking, payments modernization, future of wealth, digital identity, etc.)
