*Manage the complete production of bi-weekly and weekly payroll (CCQ) and administer vacation time;
*Collaborate with the human resources department in the administration of group insurance and the group VRSP and group RRSP programs;
*Produce various reports and declarations (tax statements, CNESST, employment records, salary declarations);
*Provide monthly and, upon request, cost tracking reports to various internal stakeholders;
*Ensure compliance with applicable legislation (Pay Equity Act, Skills Act);
*Make accounting entries, balance general ledger accounts;
*Respond to ad hoc requests related to payroll and benefits;
*Participate in re-invoicing files and various analyses related to the Group's payroll;
*Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks.
*College diploma in accounting or administration
*Minimum five (5) years of experience in a similar position
*Knowledge of CCQ (an asset)
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
*Good organizational and planning skills
*Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
*Ability to take responsibility and initiative
*Ability to work effectively in a team
*Proficiency with the Nethris or Employer D payroll system
*Knowledge of Hopem software (an asset)PROCESS: Initial interview with Romane Dumaine, Recruitment Consultant, then with the Talent Acquisition Director.
