As the finishing carpenter, you'll work on a wide variety of complex custom, high detail work, such as:
- Installing custom millwork and cabinetry
- High end finishing carpentry such as: custom closets, interior finishing packages. wall treatments, mirrors, shelving, fine details etc
- Service and warranty work
- Project close outs
- Reading and interpreting cabinet shop drawings
- The finishing touches of carpentry and custom cabinetry installations
- Ensure projects adhere to design plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Keep the worksite organized, professional, and safe at all times.
- Quality & Craftsmanship
- Uphold the highest standards of workmanship and design integrity.
- Health & Safety
- Promote a culture of care and accountability on every job site.
- Journeyperson Carpenter certification.
- 3+ years of cabinetry installation for custom home and luxury home projects and finishing carpentry experience.
- Attention to detail and care for the work performed
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and local building codes.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Physically able to perform site duties (lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied site conditions).
- Detail-oriented and passionate about craftsmanship and design.
