- Manage and coordinate the delivery of highway and bridge projects for municipal, provincial, federal, and other private-sector clients
- Lead project planning, scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management activities
- Coordinate internal design teams, sub-consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
- Support procurement activities, including preparation and review of proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates
- Monitor project performance, financials, and resourcing to ensure alignment with project objectives and contractual requirements
- Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, and client deliverables
- Facilitate and attend client meetings, progress reviews, and coordination sessions
- Support quality management by ensuring compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and project controls
- Assist with business development efforts and client relationship management as required
- Perform additional duties intended to support professional growth within a transportation project delivery environment
- Undertake proposal preparation efforts and support senior management in business development efforts
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, of bridge, highway projects municipal roadways and/ or general transportation projects
- PEng or PMP
- Ideally 8+ years demonstrated experience delivering municipal roadway or highway and/or bridge projects
- Experience working on projects for local municipal, provincial, federal, and or private sector clients
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in both in-person and virtual team environments
- Experience managing projects through planning, design, and/or construction phases
- Knowledge of local jurisdiction standards, specifications, and project delivery practices
- Experience with consultants, contractors, and public-sector clients
- Familiarity with construction contract administration and change management processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing
- Demonstrated experience in leading and support winning proposal efforts
