Provide administrative support for FCC’s Inventory Financing program, approve disbursements and assist with special credit cases.What you’ll do:
- Provide employees and customers with guidance and advice on processes, templates and tools
- Monitor loan documents for accuracy and completion
- Approve disbursements, send/monitor postponement letters, and identify and escalate issues for the Inventory Financing program
- Maintain relationships with the staff of ag production customers and support FCC relationship managers in providing excellent customer service to partners
- Provide recommendations for the development and/or enhancement of tools and processes
- Organized and detailed multi-tasker with technical expertise and attention to detail
- Confident communicator comfortable consulting with staff and third parties to work through situations and develop sound, workable solutions with Alliance partners
- Passionate relationship builder and team player
- Independent thinker able to make decisions and resolve issues
- Analytical mindset with the ability to notice and resolve errors, problems or numerical data inconsistencies
- A diploma in business and at least three years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Expertise in commercial lending processes, loan security instruments, commercial and contract law in multiple jurisdictions (including the Quebec Civil Code in Eastern Canada), construction lending, construction lending procedures, and construction liens legislation in various jurisdictions
- A love for agriculture
