1. Financial Operations Support
- Prepare monthly financial forecasts, integrating actual results, trends, and projected expenditures.
- Validate, process, and track vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
- Prepare and submit monthly accrual entries to support accurate period‑end financial reporting.
- Produce monthly budget updates and contract spend reports, highlighting variances and spending trends.
- Support governance reporting requirements by preparing accurate, timely financial and operational data.2. Contract Management Functions
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and accurate financial coding.
- Prepare and maintain Service Entry Sheets (SES) in 1GX (SAP Ariba) ensuring timely approvals and accurate documentation of goods and services received.3. Project Auditing Support
- Develop, maintain, and update process documentation related to financial and contracting workflows.
- Manage project records in accordance with corporate records management standards and retention policies.
- Manage and respond to audit‑related inquiries, information requests, and documentation needs from internal and external stakeholders.4. Cost Analysis & Modeling
- Develop cost models and conduct cost analyses to support budgeting, planning, and operational decision‑making.
- Analyze historical and forecasted data to identify financial trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
