- Lead multiple crews and manage job sites daily
- Ensure all painting and window cleaning projects are completed on time, on budget, and with top quality
- Communicate directly with clients to ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish
- Handle scheduling, problem-solving, and team coordination
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

- G2/G license + access to a reliable car
- Must have previous painting or window cleaning experience
- Full-time availability (40–50 hrs/week)
- Strong communication skills you’ll be talking to crews AND clients
