- Author and own comprehensive end-to-end cloud solutions for complex insurance projects by working closely with business stakeholders and technology leaders. Ensure all solutions are fully aligned with enterprise architecture, adhere to technology standards, follow industry best practices, and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Harvest reusable building blocks for reuse on other projects/programs. Support the development of business cases.
- Influence decision making and facilitate teams with multiple stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
- Collaborate with business and technology partners to translate requirements to technical design and act as the lead technical authority on the project.
- Manage multiple priorities and time-critical deliverables and take a leadership role in moving initiatives forward and removing roadblocks.
- Participate in technology evaluations.
- 7 or more years of experience in the IT Architecture area in building cloud, digital solutions for mid to high complexity initiatives
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven ability to tackle complex technical and business challenges through creative and data-driven approaches.
- In-depth knowledge of digital technologies, architecture frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Expert knowledge of cloud engineering and architecture for Azure and AWS.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- AWS: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate
- Insurance industry experience and working knowledge of insurance concepts and applications.
- Data science and data analytics experience, including machine learning
- Practical experience with Generative AI tooling, including MCP Server, GitHub Copilot, and Agentic AI platforms to enhance development efficiency and innovation.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) proficiency in tools that work across Azure and AWS
