
2026 Everyday Banking Marketing, Winter Coordinator (8-12 Months)

- Bring ideas to life: Help develop and execute on creative concepts that makes our marketing shine.
- Keep us on track: Support project management to ensure deadlines don’t slip away. You’ll capture meeting notes, follow up on action items, and make sure nothing gets lost in translation.
- Measure the magic: Assist with program reporting to see how our campaigns perform in the wild.
- Deck it out: Help create compelling marketing decks that wow partners and agencies.
- Be the glue: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders so our projects flow like a well-oiled marketing machine.

- Strong organization and time-management skills (you're the kind of person who alphabetizes EVERYTHING)
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent relationship building/strong collaboration skills, with positive, professional attitude focused on results and delivering value to clients
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team while also crushing independent tasks.
- A curious mindset with a willingness to learn (and ask lots of questions).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with the basics of project management
- A knack for data — because numbers tell stories too.
- Previous experience working with a Financial Institution
- Be returning back to school after the work term end-date; or
- If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully
