- Full rate of pay $32.18 per hour following 90 days of service
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Ensure Housekeeping departmental standards are followed
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including but not limited to guest corridors, lobby, Health Club and restrooms.
- Support the housekeeping team by removing dirty linen, and collecting garbage and recyclables from guest rooms.
- Ensure laundry and housekeeping closets are stocked and organized.
- Clean and maintain back-of-house areas to ensure a tidy and safe work environment.
- Respond promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping, including delivering extra towels, bedding, or amenities.
- Assist with the delivery and pick-up of guest items as needed.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks, including carpet shampooing and moving furniture.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Assist in room turnovers, ensuring rooms are properly stocked with amenities and linens.
- Handle lost and found items and assist with documentation and storage.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel operations preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with guests and team members professionally.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, or move heavy items, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
