Job Description:OverviewAt KPMG, you’ll join a team of diverse and dedicated problem solvers, connected by a common cause: turning insight into opportunity for clients and communities around the world.What you will doThe successful candidate will have a range of responsibilities, including:
  • Supporting TST advisory engagements including IT strategy, digital transformation, and IT operating model design.
  • Support the development of the Technology, Strategy, & Transformation practice.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with industry IT and business leaders
  • Work with technology solution teams to identify and support implementations
  • Supporting client meetings and the team in developing presentation materials for project kick-off meetings, requirements gathering, project management, presentation of results, etc.
  • Supporting implementation of roadmaps across all IT domains, including process and data flow, governance frameworks, quality management programs, platform modernization & rationalization, governance frameworks, business cases, cost/benefit analyses, etc
  • Supporting and guiding clients in implementing recommendations.
  • Assisting with business and practice development efforts by preparing proposals, marketing material, internal and external presentations, seminar materials, articles, etc.
  • Delivering high-quality work on time that meets the Firm’s quality standards and client expectations
  • Working with cross-functional teams with people of diverse backgrounds and skill sets
  • Applying best practice and process maturity knowledge observed in client engagements and personal research
  • Travel may be up to 30%
What you bring to the role
  • Ideally, you have will have 2-3 years of post-graduation experience, with skills and/or interest in some of the following:
  • Energy and utilities industry.
  • Large-scale IT transformation initiatives.
  • AI, enterprise architecture, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital platforms.
  • ERP implementation.
  • Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
