
Sr Inside Sales Rep - Bilingual French/English

- Qualifies, pursues, and closes opportunities for Commercial customers from the following sources:
- Proactive outreach to high-potential accounts
- Inbound requests from current Commercial Customers
- SQLs from Inside Lead Gen
- Develops strategy for list of customers, seeking to revitalize dormant relationships/accounts and uncover accounts with significant upside potential
- Leverages overlay product specialists as needed to unlock expansion opportunities
- Monitors customer market spend and relationship with Lennox, identifying high-potential accounts for promotion to District segment
- Coordinates with Territory Manager to ensure smooth handoff of customers graduating from Inside to Field coverage
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Candidates must be fluent in French and English

- Minimum 5+ years of inside sales experience
- Bachelors degree (Business or Sales/Marketing) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Has basic user knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM tools
- Experience with call automation tools
- (Salesloft, Outreach, Groove, etc)
- Experience with tools leveraged by Lennox team a plus
- (C4C, Qlik, SAP, FPX, HubSpot, etc)
- Some knowledge of principles and methods of showing, promoting and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control systems
- Knows some principles and processes for providing customer service
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced presentation skills
- Strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.
