Location: Regina, SK
Hourly Rate: $47.41/hour (additional premiums may be available)
Shift: 5x2As a Heavy Duty Mechanic, Journeyperson, you’ll perform diagnostics, repairs, preventative maintenance, and overhauls on heavy equipment. You'll play a key role in supporting customer operations by delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality service.Why Work for SMS Equipment?

Your Role
  • Perform preventative maintenance, assemblies, and repairs on heavy equipment
  • Diagnose faults using computerized and manual testing tools and make recommendations for repairs and improvements
  • Maintain accurate service reports, timecards, and documentation
  • Work independently in remote or adverse weather conditions as required
  • Lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
What You Bring
  • Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) certification
  • Strong commitment to safety in every task
  • Field repair and maintenance experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid Class 5/G driver’s license
