- Act as a SME in SAP delivery
- Be the lead on translating business requests into functional and technical requirements and seeing them through the phases of an agile project to delivery in SAP HCM
- Ensure our SAP system (core HR, pay, benefits and time) are properly configured and according to legislation, collective agreement, internal polices and/or best practice
- Support daily payroll, benefits, pension, and organizational management operations in the area of issue and escalation management, that includes reporting, analyzing and resolving issues
- Create and execute detailed functional and UAT testing in our test and production environments, supporting all changes in your portfolio
- Lead or assist in various projects, system changes and audits.
- Operate as a Trusted Advisor and Ambassador:
- Own your relationship with our customers and be the point of contact for their requests
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to support and deliver various programs for our team members, with a slant towards the team member experience
- Support incident/escalation processes to minimize system outage time and exceed the quality of service
- Provide critical business insights and thought leadership
- Build strong relationships across the P&C community and represent P&C Digital system team at meetings both internally and externally with vendor partners
- Act as a HRIS subject matter expert and conduct systems analysis including recommendations that drive strategic solutions
- Prioritize the customer experience above all else
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to drive improved team member experiences
- Valued for your 2 to 3 years of systems delivery experience
- Expert knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), along with Google suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail and Chat)
- Working knowledge and/or experience working in an HR environment supporting HR programs, policies and related processes
- Noted as a solid communicator and collaborator who can build strong relationships
- Talented at translating complicated and seemingly impossible asks into clear, easy to understand and doable actions to meet your customers' requirements
- Recognized for managing numerous competing priorities and commitments with extremely high attention to detail, in an organized manner
- Comfortable with high volume work and changing environments and priorities
- Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic who owns their deliverables
- University degree or college diploma, with a slant towards Human Resources or Systems; project management slant
- CHRP or Payroll designation
- Previous work experience in a Human Resources or Payroll department
- Experience in SAP On-premise and SuccessFactors
- Experience working in a remote team environment
- SF certification in Onboarding, Platform and/or Employee Central
- Experience with SAP On-premise and EC SuccessFactors transformations
- Able to support change management efforts including business readiness documentation, drafting communications and FAQ
- Experience building, assigning and tracking testing scenarios in Jira
- Bilingual in English and French, both written and oral
