- Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation

- Ship parts across the Canadian/US border.
- Complete and maintain inventory records including the completion of customs forms.
- Ensure orders are filled in a timely manner.
- Assist with maintaining inventory levels.
- Promote, execute and adhere to the company’s safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture.

- Experience completing custom forms for cross border shipping is required.
- Previous Experience as a Shipper/Receiver in Construction/Oil/Gas or Warehouse Setting.
- Computer Proficiency us a must, inventory management, and document preparation is crucial.
- Knowledge of International Shipping procedures is required.
- Organizational Skills are important.
- Attention to Detail is important.
- Forklift Certification is an asset .
- Good Communication Skills are critical.
- General Knowledge of Safety Procedures.
- Experience with Heavy equipment parts.
- Prior experience working with CAT and Komatsu parts is an asset.
- Prior experience as a Parts Technician or mechanical background is considered a strong asset.
