The Senior Manager is responsible for adherence and compliance with municipal, provincial, national and healthcare-specific regulatory codes and standards in a manner consistent with industry best practices to ensure a safe, efficient and reliable environment for the delivery of healthcare-related services. The Senior Manager is responsible for maintaining and implementing operating budgets, identifying assets for capital renewal and for long-term capital maintenance planning.QUALIFICATIONS:Education, Training And ExperienceA Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or College diploma in Engineering Technology supplemented with seven (7) to ten (10) years' recent related progressive supervisory and management experience in a large, complex unionized environment or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.Skills And Abilities
Demonstrated working knowledge of building systems, operations and maintenance practices in a complex environment.
Demonstrated working knowledge of appropriate legislation, relevant laws/by-laws and provincial/national standards.
