It is recognized for its technical strength, reliable execution, and collaborative, efficiency-driven approach, consistently delivering value in a fast-moving industry.To support continued growth and its evolving product strategy, the company is seeking a Product Manager to help shape offerings, strengthen market impact, and drive meaningful business outcomes.POSITION OVERVIEWThis is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the crossroads of product, sales, and strategy.As Product Manager, reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will own assigned product categories (Parts & Accessories - Residential) and play a central role in shaping their performance, positioning, and growth. You will act as a key product expert, partnering with internal teams and suppliers to ensure the portfolio remains competitive, well-supported, and aligned with market needs.This role is ideal for a true team player who enjoys combining technical understanding with commercial thinking and who wants to see the direct impact of their work across the organization. Someone who excels with a matrix organization and has a demonstrated ability to influence without authority.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the main liaison for assigned suppliers across all product-related matters.
  • Monitor category performance, supplier results, and product mix profitability.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to identify pricing and assortment opportunities.
  • Lead or support vendor negotiations, agreements, and onboarding activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline product assortment.
  • Serve as a product expert, supporting Sales with insights and technical guidance.
  • Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Pricing, E-commerce, Warranty, and other teams to ensure alignment.
  • Develop sales tools, product content, comparison materials, and go-to-market assets.
  • Deliver product and technical training at regional and national levels.
  • Create and maintain training documentation, installation guides, and troubleshooting resources.
  • Support product launches and contribute to marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Participate in industry events and contribute to strategic category initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Post-secondary education in business, engineering, or a related field - asset.
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC-R, building materials, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of product categories and competitive market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) - required.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
