- Perform full-cycle accounting, including month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor and report on financial variances, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with process improvements and contribute to implementing accounting software upgrades, if applicable
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- CPA designation is highly preferred, but candidates actively pursuing CPA certification will also be considered
- Proficiency in accounting software systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and internal controls
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
