- Realistic Earnings Expectations:
- Full OTE: $104,000 - $119,000 (based on 100% quota)
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 (based on experience)

- Valid driver's license (field-based role with territory responsibility)
- Comfort with autonomous field work and self-directed prospecting
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience (door-to-door, field sales, outside sales or retail)
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar platforms)
- Post-secondary education in business or related field
- Experience in field sales, outside sales, or territory management
- Background in technology, telecommunications, or SaaS sales
- Dynamic blend of in-office collaboration and autonomous field work
- Territory-based responsibility with entrepreneurial freedom
