- Executes product strategy for sales growth and profitability for Market Area
- Offers product support and technical assistance/analysis to existing and potential customers
- Develops and presents value solutions for customers as well as value propositions and win plan for sales cases
- Promotes new product designs/innovations to end users as well as internal teams
- Provides sales teams with new potential customer identification
- Builds positive customer relations to generate repeated business and future leads
- Responsible for sales target numbers in respective region
- Offers insight on competition and advises team on pricing levels, etc
- Performs product inspections and provides reports and analysis
- Negotiates pricing levels and/or deliveries for product line
- Responsible for product installation expertise
- BS Degree in Engineering
- Experience (preferably in Grinding)
- 5 yrs experience involved proposals, budgets, and strategies
- 5 yrs experience within a global/regional organizational structure
- 5 yrs experience in mineral and metal processing plant/equipment design
- 5 yrs experience in process optimization and/or process control
- Strong negotiation skills required
- Experience in AutoCAD or related software an asset
- Experience in JKSimMet or related software an asset
- Client skills including building and managing relationships, negotiation skills and understanding of customer needs and market requirements.
- Ability to prepare and make presentations.
