- Collaborator & Relationship Builder: You will partner with and influence cross-functional teams and vendors, helping reach consensus through thoughtful facilitation and discussion

- Intermediate financial acumen with demonstrated business casing capability

- Excellent communication and executive presentation capability
- University degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, go-to-market strategy, or sales leadership
- Previous sales channel experience and familiarity with TELUS Future Friendly Home (FFH), SmartHome Security (SHS), and Mobility portfolios considered an asset
- This role requires up to 70% travel, which includes overnight stays to various locations across Ontario, Saskatchewan, and Nova Scotia
- 5 years extensive hands-on experience in learning strategy, design, development and delivery within the Telecom industry
- Expertise in conducting learning needs assessments and discovery sessions
- Experience in designing and developing a variety of learning solutions
- Ability to lead and engage a team of adult learning professionals
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to effectively prioritize and manage activities with varying complexity with minimal supervision
