- Lead the overall F&B strategy with focus on revenue growth, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences aligned with Hilton brand standards.
- Analyze business performance including labour productivity, flow-through, guest satisfaction, and financial results.
- Partner with the Executive Chef on menu engineering, pricing strategy, and concept evolution.
- Identify innovation opportunities that enhance market positioning and guest engagement.
- Ensure departmental initiatives align with hotel objectives and Hilton brand expectations.
- Drive a performance culture rooted in accountability, results, and continuous improvement.
- Provide direct leadership, coaching, and structured development to the Outlets Manager.
- Guide the Outlets Manager in building high-performing outlet teams focused on guest loyalty, service excellence, and Team Member engagement.
- Hold the Outlets Manager accountable for guest satisfaction metrics, quality assurance results, financial performance, and team culture.
- Establish clear performance expectations, development plans, and succession pathways for F&B leaders.
- Lead regular leadership meetings that foster alignment, collaboration, and shared ownership of results.
- Develop future Hilton leaders by building management capability, strengthening leadership skills, and modeling Hilton Values.
- Champion a people-first culture that reflects Hilton’s commitment to hospitality and inclusion.
- Drive engagement initiatives that improve retention, morale, and Team Member pride.
- Ensure leaders are visible, actively coaching, and present in the operation.
- Create clear accountability structures that reinforce standards while supporting professional growth.
- Recognize success and address performance opportunities with fairness, consistency, and care.
- Ensure seamless, brand-aligned execution across restaurant, bar, and Grab & Go operations.
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration between Food & Beverage, Culinary, Sales, Front Office, and Events teams.
- Serve as a connector between outlets and banquet operations to ensure consistency of service, culture, and standards.
- Standardize and elevate training programs, service rituals, and operating procedures.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement standards, liquor controls, and compliance practices.
- Maintain a strong, visible presence in the operation while balancing strategic responsibilities.
- Set and communicate the vision for exceptional guest experiences across all F&B touchpoints.
- Monitor guest feedback, brand metrics, and service scores; ensure action plans are implemented and sustained.
- Lead service recovery with urgency and a commitment to guest loyalty.
- Continuously evolve offerings to remain competitive and relevant within the local market.
- Ensure the 24-hour Grab & Go market is properly merchandised, profitable, and aligned with Hilton standards.
- Provide expertise and strategic guidance to banquet operations as required.
- Partner with Sales and Events to maximize event revenue and deliver memorable experiences.
- Support large-scale events with visible leadership presence and operational oversight.
- Ensure full compliance with provincial labour legislation, liquor regulations, and public health standards.
- Oversee Smart Serve and Food Handler certification compliance.
- Lead food safety audits and risk mitigation initiatives, including EcoSure standards.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and compliant workplace for all Team Members.

- A minimum of 3-5 years in senior Food & Beverage leadership at a luxury or full-service property, overseeing multiple outlets and a large banquet operation
- Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse teams with empathy, clarity, and consistency
- Strong business acumen, with experience in budget creation, P&L management, and strategic planning
- A flair for creativity in F&B trends, promotions, and guest engagement
- Deep knowledge of culinary operations and wine/spirit programs
- A collaborative spirit and a drive to innovate, elevate, and exceed expectations
- A degree in Hospitality or F&B Management is a strong asset
- International experience and local market knowledge are highly regarded
