
Utility Manager

- All activities related to Utility Infrastructure design, coordination, approvals and construction required to satisfy Project Co’s obligations in the Output Specifications.
- Development of Utility Infrastructure Relocation Plan (as defined in the Output Specifications).
- Execution of required legal agreements with Utility Companies.
- Coordinate with the Construction Managers, Schedule Manager and Traffic and Transit Manager to integrate construction phasing of the Works.
- Manage relationships and leading the coordination with Utility Companies and Governmental Authorities, as applicable.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team on utilities management matters.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in infrastructure or related sectors, including leadership experience in utility coordination or management.
- Professional qualification or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Proven track record of engaging with public authorities and utility providers within major urban environments.
