- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and retention.
- Own the email calendar, segmentation strategy, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to create compelling email templates and messaging.
- A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs to optimize performance.
- Monitor deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other KPIs to continuously improve campaigns.
- Stay current with email marketing trends, tools, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Plan and produce high-quality content including blog posts, landing pages, case studies, and social media assets.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with business goals and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and translate them into compelling narratives.
- Optimize content for SEO and user engagement.
- Analyze content performance and iterate based on data.
- Support broader marketing initiatives with content assets (e.g., webinars, whitepapers, product launches).
- 3+ years of experience in content strategy, email marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of work.
- Experience with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing.
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Figma).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting.
