- Drive the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and content projects. You will orchestrate agile sprints, manage timelines, and track deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality.
- Oversee the technical deployment of content across various channels, including email and web. This includes using platforms like Knak and ensuring all content adheres to brand and governance guidelines.
- Own the quality assurance process for all content. You will meticulously review for grammatical errors and brand consistency while also translating complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging for a general audience.
- Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, including marketers, coding partners, and creative teams. You will manage expectations, facilitate teamwork, and ensure a seamless workflow to deliver all project assets efficiently.
- Identify and implement improvements to the content workflow. Your ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment will be essential for keeping our processes efficient and adaptable.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign activation, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing within the high tech sector, preferably with recognized or large technology brands.
- Hands-on experience executing campaign activations in a technology or SaaS environment, clearly demonstrated through work history and role responsibilities.
- Proven experience developing and launching landing pages, emails, and digital assets for marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, email platforms, and content management systems (e.g.Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, WordPress, or similar).
- Experience working with technology brands or within a large enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with brand standards and digital asset requirements.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and email development best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize activations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
