You will ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, company procedures, and OH&S standards.Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment including skidsteers, front-end loaders, and excavators.
Operate and service crushing equipment.
Perform general labour duties such as shoveling around belts and crushers.
Conduct routine maintenance on machinery (mechanical experience is considered an asset).
Work outdoors in a noisy, dusty, and physically demanding environment.
Promote and maintain a strong safety culture by following company policies, procedures, and all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) guidelines.
Comply with all OH&S legislation and safe work practices.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous experience with crushing operations is an asset.
Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform routine equipment maintenance.
Experience operating a skidsteer, loader, and excavator.
Strong communication skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
Ability to work independently when necessary.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to a positive, safe, and fast-paced work environment.
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and work in extreme weather conditions.
