You will shape strategy, accelerate growth, and position our brands as undeniable leaders in a constantly evolving market.Your Impact
  • Define and embody an ambitious marketing vision aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
  • Drive brand performance by maximizing awareness, acquisition, customer retention, and market share.
  • Lead the deployment of innovative, high-performing omnichannel strategies and campaigns.
  • Optimize marketing investments and foster a data-driven, ROI-focused decision-making culture.
  • Identify and activate new growth levers, strategic partnerships, and high-impact national initiatives.
  • Mobilize and develop an engaged, high-performing, results-oriented marketing team.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure strong strategic alignment.
Qualifications
  • University degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, combined with significant experience in marketing leadership, ideally within a multi-site or highly complex distribution environment.
  • Expertise in brand management, omnichannel marketing, and performance analytics, including marketing investment management and ROI optimization.
  • Inspiring leadership, strategic mindset, and strong influencing skills, with excellent communication abilities in both French and English (spoken and written) to collaborate across Canada.
