Go Honda is on the lookout for someone just like YOU!About the Role:As a key member of our Coffee Bar Team, you will champion principles like Quality, Service, and most importantly, Love. Your role will involve crafting and serving a delightful range of hot and cold beverages, ensuring each cup encapsulates a memorable experience for our customers.Primary Responsibilities Include:
  • Serving beverages with precision and artistry.
  • Regular upkeep of coffee equipment and ensuring their top-notch performance.
  • Handling point-of-sale operations and cash transactions.
  • Constantly updating oneself on the latest in the coffee world.
  • Ensuring all our food safety and health standards are met.
  • Maintaining excellent team morale and fostering a culture of mutual respect and outstanding teamwork.
What Makes You the Perfect Brewmaster?
  • Prior experience as a Barista is a feather in your cap.
  • Familiarity with latte art and espresso techniques is a delightful advantage.
  • Ability to strike a chord with customers, making them feel at home.
  • An insatiable passion for coffee and its intricacies.
  • Capability to juggle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules.
  • Acumen in understanding and adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines.
  • And above all, a spirit that thrives in collaboration, leadership, and decision-making.
Experience & Certifications:Having 6+ months of Barista or customer service experience will give you an edge.What We Offer
