Food and Beverage Coordinator

• To accurately and promptly distribute and handle all in-coming mails, memos and internal correspondence
• To ensure the upkeep and security of all Food and Beverage files.
• To be responsible for the typing, filing and up keeping of all private and confidential matters related to the department.
• Word processing of menus, place cards and running sheets for client functions when required.
• Co-ordination of distribution of Purchase Request forms
• Ensure deposits and invoices are received in line with Hyatt's policies

• A genuine interest and passion for providing customer service
• Basic Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office
• Previous experience in Restaurant or Kitchens within a five-star hotel or similar environment
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationship with internal and external customer
