Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 base + Commission
- Commission: 6–8% of gross profit
- Technology: Company laptop provided; $75/month mobile phone allowance

- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Forecast revenue regularly based on market trends, sales data, and performance metrics.
- Prepare accurate and timely rate proposals for customers.
- Engage in direct sales activities including lead generation, customer visits, rate negotiation, and account management.
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at industry events and client meetings.
- Monitor market and competitive conditions to recommend adjustments to marketing and sales strategies.
- Analyze operating and sales performance to support business planning.
- Establish and maintain strategic marketing programs to support growth and retention.
- Minimum 3-5 years of successful experience in a sales role within the trucking or logistics industry.
- College diploma or equivalent education.
- Strong knowledge of the transportation industry and the company's service capabilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and sales management tools/software.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of financial and margin-based selling
- Possesses an existing book of business.
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Able to "hunt" and close new business without extensive onboarding or hand-holding.
