Our flexible and inclusive work culture provides you with the autonomy, resources, and opportunities to succeed.Position DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Systems Analyst to design, configure, test, launch, and support audit-compliant financial technology solutions. This role will focus primarily on Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, and Workday Financials, supporting critical finance operations across the organization.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Design & Implementation:
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy technology solutions using finance systems such as Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, and Workday Financials
  • Ensure all solutions are audit-compliant and align with business and regulatory requirements
  • Collaboration & Partnership:
  • Work closely with architects, analysts, developers, engineers, and cross-functional business/product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • System Support:
  • Provide Level 2 support, addressing system issues, resolving incidents, answering user queries, and provisioning user access
  • Troubleshoot and maintain integration points between finance systems
  • Innovation & Evaluation:
  • Continuously research and evaluate new features and functionalities in Zuora to bring added value to the organization
  • Assess new finance technology tools to meet evolving business needs
Workplace: Remote work from anywhere in Canada or US supporting Pacific timezone (PST) office hoursMust Have Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of experience in finance business systems configuration
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Revenue, either in a corporate environment or as part of a Zuora implementation partner
  • Deep expertise in Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, and Workday Financials—including configuration, integrations, and application security
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end finance business processes and ability to architect multi-system solutions
  • Proven ability to lead and execute projects independently, especially in ambiguous situations
  • Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including code reviews, version control, build processes, and testing
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
Preferred Skills:
  • Zuora Certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with SaaS applications in a finance or technology environment
