If you answered yes to any of these questions, Resorts of the Canadian Rockies is the place you want to work.We are looking to fill a unique full-time seasonal position of “Guest Service Agent - Season Pass Distribution” out of our Calgary office. This individual will own the project of printing and mailing Season Passes to our valued members. The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, efficiency and a can-do attitude. This seasonal project will begin now and run until early December!   • Print and distribute Season Passes in accordance with guest purchases.
  • Review and approve Season Pass photos via the internal upload system, ensuring compliance with photo standards.
  • Accurately verify the status of Season Pass barcodes.
  • Prepare and process bulk mailings of Season Passes to guests.
  • Collaborate closely with the local IT team to support technical needs related to Season Pass distribution.
  • Regularly communicate progress updates on Season Pass printing to the Guest Services Manager.
  • Foster a positive and professional office environment through strong collaboration with colleagues, guests, and internal teams.
  • Know and adhere to the policies, rules and protocols outlined in the RCR Employee Handbook.
  • Know and follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program.
  • Know and comply with all expectations of the Injury Management/Return-to-Work Programs.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
You Have:
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within an office environment (considered an asset)
  • Experience working in computer-based systems (an asset)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems (required)
  • Strong attention to detail with a track record of producing accurate, high-quality work (required)
  • Previous experience in a resort, mountain, or similar outdoor recreation setting (an asset)
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Ability to work on-site full-time (remote work is not available for this position)
  • Capacity to perform prolonged computer-based tasks and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
  • A genuine passion for sports, outdoor activities, and mountain environments
