- Overseeing and reviewing financial statements across multiple legal entities
- Managing consolidations, joint ventures, and complex ownership structures
- Coordinating annual audits across the group
- Managing corporate tax, HST, and CRA matters
- Providing guidance on tax planning and entity structuring
- Acting as the primary financial liaison with external public accounting firms
- Monitoring intercompany transactions and cash flow
- Providing financial insight and advisory support to ownership and partners
- Maintaining appropriate internal controls to safeguard assets
- CPA designation
- 10+ years of progressive, senior-level experience in accounting and finance
- Strong background in audit and tax
- Experience working with complex entity structures, including joint ventures and consolidations
- Exposure to real estate, property management, or asset-heavy businesses
- Experience working directly with entrepreneurs, owners, or family-office environments
- Strong professional judgment, discretion, and comfort operating independently
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Work Arrangement: On-site downtown Toronto, Hybrid flexibility will be considered
- Compensation: $160,000 to $200,000 per year, depending on experience
- Part-time: 3 days per week, flexible
