- Manage project procurement, including supplier quotes, approvals, and purchase orders, while tracking received and pending orders.
- Assist in budget planning, monitoring, and control, including timesheet review, progress analysis, variance reporting, and risk mitigation.
- Prepare and integrate budget revisions, coordinate monthly financial procedures, and handle client billing, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Follow up on accounts receivable and supplier invoice payments.
- Excellent proficiency in the Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in MS Project (an asset).
- Knowledge in the technical field of transportation (an asset).
- Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing, in French and English.*
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
