Pay: $18.00/hourOur client in London is currently hiring a Pasteurizing Operator to join the production team (food manufacturing setting). The ideal candidate has previous pasteurizing experience (required) and a strong understanding of food safety standards, including GMP and HACCP.Location: London, ON
Pay: $18.00/hourSchedule: Monday to Friday, day shiftKey Responsibilities

Operate pasteurizing and production equipment safely and efficiently
Perform weighing, staging, and blending of ingredients
Complete equipment sanitation and housekeeping tasks
Monitor product quality and ensure it meets company standards
Accurately complete production documentation and records
Troubleshoot equipment and support minor maintenance activities
Follow all Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, SOPs, and Health & Safety policies
Support production line operations as needed

Requirements (Must-Have)

Previous pasteurizing experience (required)
1-3 years of manufacturing experience (food production preferred)
Experience operating production or mixing equipment
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods

Assets (Nice-to-Have)

Experience in food or dairy manufacturing
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and safe food handling practices
Lean manufacturing experience
