Senior Business Analyst, Application and Product Management, Deloitte Global Technology

• Manage overlapping project responsibilities including timelines, documentation, and communications
• Proactively track project delivery timelines, risk identification and mitigation, and budget burn down
• Support business solutions managers, especially with Operations & Maintenance activities and customer relationship management
• Create and maintain stakeholder-facing communications including newsletters, presentations, and dashboards
• Lead, facilitate, and document internal team and stakeholder calls
• Work across multiple teams and with business stakeholders to ensure business needs are met
• Run meetings and take effective meeting minutes

• 5+ years BA and/or Project Management experience
• Experience in business writing skills such as Executive level summary and presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Proficiency in project management documentation (such as Microsoft Project, Kanban boards, Gantt charts, etc)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective presentation skills and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• AGILE or IIBA Certification(s) or working knowledge
• Ticket management systems (such as ServiceNow, Jira, ADO, etc) working knowledge
• Experience in Consulting
