You will be reporting to Assay Supervisor, and you will be part of the Mill Department. You will also ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Competency in Basic Mill Common Core & Alignment to Mill
Classification Guideline (AEM Mill Operations Training Classification
Guideline) * Maintain records of the receipt and analysis of the samples, standards andreference material. * Weigh, measure, record and mix samples.
Organize workspace to process samples from the mine following a chain
of custody procedure. * Crush and pulverize ore samples to the consistency required (-10 mesh).

Perform routine inspections on machines and equipment to determine if

Schedule: 7 days of work, followed by 7 days off, at our Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, ON.
